Our topic this half-term is Monarchs through the Ages, where we will be focussing on the lives of Elizabeth II and King Charles III.

We follow the RWI scheme at Amberley. We are learning our set 2 and set 3 sounds. In June we will have our Phonic Screener Assessment. Please watch the videos via the QR codes given out at parents evening.

 

Other Curriculum Areas

In Science, we are learning about Materials and their Properties. We will explore different types of materials and their purpose. 

In PE, we will be working on Tag Rugby and Gymnastics.

In Art, we will be learning about Pablo Picasso and the style of Cubism. 

In French, we are focussing on basic greetings, counting to ten and colours. 

In ICT, we will be applying the concept of algorithms and instructions to a variety of contexts.
