Forest School
During 2022/23 Amberley has invested in four staff to complete the Level 3 Forest School Leadership qualification.
Our Forest School is within a six week cycle, each class within school will attend their two hour session. This gives them a change to see the Forest School change through the seasons.
The Forest School offers a Amberley Forest School Passport! Through this passport, the children will be challenged through a progression of skills.

During the first Autumn term Miss Lewis used a six week cycle to take the whole school out to Amberley Forest School on a Thursday and a Friday for two hours each class.
It was so exciting for Miss Lewis and the class teacher to see the children play within the Forest School, we listened to stories, shared circle times about our reflection on our time at the session, we played and took risks on the slack lines, we painted stones, leaves and even big sheets! It was an absolute pleasure to see our Amberley children having fun and building their resilience and self-esteem.
